Letter to ANB Customers

Dear ANB Customers,

Here is an update on how we are handling the COVID-19 crisis.

First, our focus is on you – our customer, and our heart is with you. This is your bank and the reason why we are here. Because of our commitment to you and this community, we are open and will remain open during the duration of this crisis.

Next, we have always held safety as our top priority. In addition to our regular cleaning process, –which has always been robust – we are wiping down handles, keypads, islands, teller stations, drive up canisters and any other hard surfaces we can find. In addition, to help keep our bankers and customers healthy, we are following the advice to have less physical contact. As a result, we have temporarily restricted access to our branch lobbies and other customer contact areas.

But, we are here and working regular banking hours. If you need to talk to us, pick up the phone or visit one of our convenient drive-ups, we would be glad to help. We have online banking, mobile banking, ATM’s, debit cards, credit cards, bill pay, Apple Pay, mobile deposit, bank by phone, and mobile pay through our app.

You can set up an appointment to come and speak to us, just make sure you are feeling well. You can make these appointments by calling 806-378-8000 during normal business hours.

Our hearts go out to all customers—from individuals to small businesses and beyond—who have been directly affected by this crisis. We will do our part to help the communities we serve get through this.

Thank you for continuing to trust us with your banking business. We have been here for 128 years and are in it for the long haul. We truly believe that “this too shall pass”. We look forward to announcing that our lobbies are open again. In the meantime, we are here for you.
