Compliance - Digital Assets Compliance Specialist

Job Duties:                    

  • Participate in the annual or other periodic reviews of compliance with Digital Assets requirements.  Maintain documentation as required by retention mandates.
  • Work with the Chief Risk Officer, Compliance Officer and/or BSA Officer to develop and implement Digital Asset Monitoring procedures to comply with applicable regulations.  
  • Work with other departments involved in the Digital Assets Line of business.
  • Work with banking Officers and employees in a non-adversarial manner, ensuring that procedures developed to keep the bank in compliance with regulatory requirements do not have an adverse impact on customer service.
  • Assist in other areas as requested.

Requirements:  

Associates degree preferred or High School diploma minimum with combination of advanced education or banking experience.  Strong and/or working knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) and some knowledge of Digital Assets – Crypto Currency and Blockchain transaction processing.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pro software and Personal Computer Platform system is required. Must be proficient in detail work, use of software to handle data analysis and reporting.  Knowledge of consumer compliance banking laws and regulations regarding Digital Assets including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)and OFAC requirements is a plus, but we will train or provide training. Highly organized and detail-oriented with advanced record-keeping skills.  Must have the ability to move between job functions easily.   Must be flexible and able to execute a variety of duties interchangeably while providing support in other areas if needed including Risk Management, Consumer Compliance and Bank Secrecy Act.  Must have the ability to fulfill multiple job responsibilities and be able to work well under pressure. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Process commercial customer deposits.

  • Work closely with supervisor and customers when questions or problems arise.
  • Verify, straighten and bundle money sold to the vault.  Provide friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
  • Travel to branch locations upon Operations Manager’s request.

  • A high school education is required.
  • Some previous work experience is preferred.

  • Water treatment

Monitor and operate energy management systems.

Operate and maintain equipment and systems.

Respond to after-hours emergency calls.

Other projects, as assigned, to enhance the facilities operation.                 

Requirements:                

A High School diploma or equivalent is required.  5-10 years in general maintenance, including lighting and electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and mechanical system components is needed. Refrigerant handling certification required. Ability to execute a high standard of quality service is necessary. Good work ethic and pride in workmanship is required. Desire to be part of a successful maintenance team is important.
