Installment Loans Operations Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:                        

• Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.  
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
• Process and complete Credit Inquiries and Audit Confirmations daily.
• Update Beneficial Ownership data on the mainframe as received.
• Processing Credit Life and Disability claims and reconciliation.
• Interfacing with dealers and individual customer such as payments, payoffs, questions and/or research regarding the loan.
• Mail out Commercial Loan and installment loan statements and notices daily.
• File Deeds Of Trust with county and reconcile Simplifile, retrieve and research recent files.
• Reconcile department credit card
• Interpersonal skills which are adaptable to working with sophisticated commercial clientele, retail customers, senior officers, lenders, lending assistants, and the Credit Administration Team.

Requirements:   

High School minimum with advanced education preferable. Previous banking experience strongly preferred. A knowledge of FISERV Premier is preferred.   Must be proficient in detail work and aware of banking procedures.  Familiarity with electronic input and online systems.   

Part Time Proof Operator - Northeast Branch

Job Duties:                       

• Operate Proof Machine With Accuracy & Speed.
• Encode All Deposits and Internal Bank Documents.
•  Balance Deposits & Related Work.
• Make Proper Corrections To Deposits If In Error.
• Periodically Assist Other Departments.

Requirements:

• Ten Key By Touch Required.
• Basic Accounting And/Or Bookkeeping Knowledge Helpful.

Telephone Service Representative - Call Center 

Hours:

M-F 10:00am - 7:00pm

Job Duties:

Requirements:        

A high school education is required.  Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude towards customers and co-workers.  Excellent customer service skills are required. Bilingual skills required. 

Collector - Special Assets

Job Duties:

• Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
• Responsible for the collection of past due accounts and arranging for the repossession and/or foreclosure of collateral, when necessary; counseling with customers in handling repayment of bank debt; maintaining adequate delinquency and loss ratios as prescribed by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Three to five years’ experience in consumer loans. Excellent oral and written communication skills. PC Literate. Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to handle a multitude of activities.
