Loan Payment Specialist - Installment Loans Operations

Job Duties:

Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Processing of commercial and Installment loans combined with paying and receiving teller functions via customers transacting business in person, processing all incoming mail plus posting of loan transactions conducted at all the branches. Uploading and activating new loan documentation for the Main Bank using transaction management systems.  Interfacing with dealers and individual customer such as payoffs, questions and/or research regarding the loan. Communicating with insurance companies and individual customers by providing the information needed to process a letter of guarantee. Interpersonal skills which are adaptable to working with sophisticated commercial clientele, retail customers, senior officers, lenders, lending assistants, and the Credit Administration Team.       

Requirements: 

High School minimum with advanced education preferable.  A thorough knowledge of paying and receiving teller duties with loan teller experience.   Must be proficient in detail work and aware of banking procedures.  Three to five years of banking experience or equivalent and good public relation skills.  Familiarity with electronic input and online systems.   These individuals perform all teller functions plus the lending functions.
