Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
- Receive, verify and image credit and collateral documents.
- Maintain Credit and Collateral Exception Tracking Database.
- Coordinate the distribution of operations system reports and answer credit and collateral file inquiries.
- Maintain Retention Record on appropriate data base software.
- Prepare the needed reports for Loan Committee meetings.
- Be able to back up functions for the Credit or Collateral desk filing. Commercial and Installment Loan Negotiable Collateral vaults.
- Run Personal Credit and Business Credit reports, UCC Searches and Filings for Commercial Loan Officers.
- Maintain the New Notes and Decline databases as well as portfolio and loan maintenance as necessary.

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. A combination of advanced education and/or banking experience is needed. Education in finance and/or accounting preferred. Ability to learn complex concepts quickly is needed. Excellent organizational skills, attentive to detail, professional in appearance, and professional in dealing with customers, officers and employees is essential. Good written and verbal communication skills are a necessity. Knowledgeable of lending documentation, security agreements, and appropriate governmental filing experience. Familiarity of various types of financial statements and tax returns is necessary. Working knowledge of personal computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office required.
