Branch Operations Manager

Job Duties:        

  • Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
  • Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers.  These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting.
  • Support branch by providing friendly, fast and efficient customer service with direct responsibility for Branch Teller Operations.

Requirements:
