Branch Lending Assistant/CSR - Soncy Branch 

Hours:

Monday -Thursday 8:30am – 5:30 pm

Friday 8:30am – 6:00 pm

Two Saturdays per month                                         

Job Duties:  

• Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
• The position requires high customer contact and visibility.
• Prepare loan documents for the branch loan officers.
• Aid in the loan application, evaluation, closing, funding and servicing processes.
• Approve loans within established scoring guidelines of Amarillo National Bank.
• Assist the customer service area answering phones, bookkeeping questions, etc., when needed to insure fast, friendly and efficient customer service.
• Perform all duties required to open new accounts.
• Open and redeem safe deposit box contracts.                   

Requirements:        

A high school diploma or equivalent required.  College degree preferred or 3 to 5 years lending experience.  Incumbent must possess knowledge of banking functions and/or finance.  Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as deal effectively with customers and bank employees.  Incumbent needs to have a working knowledge of PCs, be very organized and have the skill to finish tasks amid frequent interruptions and deal with customers in a prompt friendly manner.

Part Time Proof Operator - Northeast Branch

Bachelor’s degree in business preferably Finance or Accounting or with a minimum of twelve hours of accounting required.  Prior Credit Analysis experience preferred.  Proficient in the Excelsoftware. Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Ability to deal effectively with customers, employees, bank officers and bank management.  Must be organized and attentive to detail.
