  • Ensure friendly fast and efficient service is provided to our customers at all times by ensuring an adequate number of trained employees are available to provide maximum customer service.  Service must be provided while maintaining compliance with established policy and procedures. Coordinate all cross-training within department.

  • Manage the procurement of IT assets including software, servers, storage, network, workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telephones.

Requirements:           

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Cybersecurity preferred.  Related work experience can be substituted for education requirement however it would require over 12 or more years progressive IT experience and supervision.  You will play a crucial role in supporting our technological infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations across all IT systems.  Experience in employee supervision and project management is required.  This role requires a strong knowledge in computer hardware, software, technical skills, attention to detail, budgeting, network infrastructure, routing and switching network traffic and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and efficiency.  Prior experience in a financial institution is helpful.
